A law firm is seeking an Attorney to join its land use and real estate group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land use and real estate law, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation in land use and real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their legal needs.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience required.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New Jersey Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong content knowledge in land use and real estate law.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Practical, hands-on legal experience.
• A portable book of business is a plus.
