Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, providing comprehensive legal support.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience required.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New Jersey Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong content knowledge in insurance defense.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Practical, hands-on legal experience.
• A portable book of business is a plus.
