Duties

• Support investment funds practice with tax-related matters.
• Provide inventive tax solutions for corporate transactions and restructurings.
• Assist in financial transactions and fund formation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in transactional tax work.
• Experience with U.S. and international investment funds preferred.
• Prior law firm experience required, preferably at a large firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive in.

Skills
