Location:

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and client consultations.
• Review and analyze medical records to support case development.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and other case-related materials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address case updates and legal needs.
• Work efficiently and independently in a remote legal environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to manage cases independently while working in a virtual setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar Membership in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
