Duties:

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex family law cases, including high-asset divorces and sophisticated parenting plans.
• Handle a range of family law matters with increasing responsibility.
• Participate in business development, client relations, and case management.
• Gain exposure to firm operations, including financial oversight, personnel management, and strategic planning.
• Contribute to the growth and long-term direction of the firm.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as the firm expands, with a clear path toward leadership.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in litigation, preferably within family law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in firm management.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while taking on greater responsibilities.
• Passion for family law with an eagerness to grow and learn about the business side of legal practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligibility to be admitted).
