A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level litigation associate to join its Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or judicial clerkship experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.

Duties

• Engage in litigation related to commercial real estate, distressed loans, and creditor and lender liability.
• Draft legal documents including briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with a national practice team to support and grow the practice.
• Navigate complex legal subject matter effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least three years of litigation experience in relevant areas.
• Significant legal writing experience.
• Active Florida bar admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida bar admission.
