Duties

• Attend DC court docket on Thursdays and Fridays weekly.
• Prepare for hearings and mediations.
• Manage DC service population and draft motions for service extensions.
• Assist with motions for summary judgment and respond to oppositions.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Regular presence in Rockville, MD office required.
• Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Member of the District of Columbia Bar; Maryland Bar admission a plus.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
