Duties:

• Assist clients with estate planning, tax planning, business planning, and probate matters.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide effective legal strategies for clients.
• Participate in the planning and execution of business succession strategies.
• Represent clients in various estate-related disputes and litigation when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in estate, tax, and corporate law.
• Manage client relationships and provide timely legal advice.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the managing attorney.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in estate planning, business planning, tax planning, or probate.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar (Georgia) or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
