Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in litigation and/or white collar practice.
• California Bar membership in good standing.
• Proven experience with depositions and court proceedings.
• Strong drafting, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in white collar investigations at federal and state levels.
• Preferred experience in tech sector litigation and individual defense.

Education

• J.D. required.
