A law firm seeks a senior associate or counsel with expertise in structured finance and securitization for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience, particularly in lender-side private trade receivables securitization and related areas.

Duties

• Represent banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions.
• Handle trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets.
• Engage in cross-border financing and off-balance sheet structuring.
• Draft and negotiate intercreditor arrangements and trade credit insurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in structured finance and securitization.
• Experience with lender-side private trade receivables securitization preferred.
• U.S. qualified lawyer practicing from the U.S.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
