Job Overview: A law firm in Berwyn, PA, seeks a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running fundamental aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing, and will have substantial experience in sponsor-backed leveraged finance.

Duties:

• Act as a key member of deal teams, participating in all stages of complex finance transactions.
• Run fundamental aspects of transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on a broad range of finance matters.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure transactional success.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions.
• Experience in sponsor-backed leveraged finance preferred.
• Proven track record representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents in finance transactions.
• Licensed and in good standing in PA.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.
