Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of commercial litigation experience.
• Active Texas license or eligibility for Texas bar admission.
• Experience from a regional, national, or reputable local law firm preferred.
• Clerkship and court experience are advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.
