Duties

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures.
• Ability to comprehend complex matters and articulate core issues.
• Proven time-management and organizational skills.
• Keen eye for detail with exceptional research and proofreading abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of legal procedures and current developments.
• Strong research and legal writing skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.
