Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of trust, empathy, and professionalism

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of legal claims and establish a strategy for pre-litigation resolution

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding case status and next steps

• Draft, review, and manage demands and responses from opposing parties or insurance providers

• Negotiate settlements aligned with clients’ interests and legal positioning

• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented legal environment

• Adapt to evolving case demands with a proactive and strategic mindset

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar with good standing

• Prior experience assessing and managing pre-litigation personal injury and/or property damage claims

• Proven negotiation capabilities with strong attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to independently manage a dynamic caseload

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and authorized to practice law in the state of Florida
