Location

• Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Duties

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania courts

• Handle legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Attend court appearances, depositions, and settlement conferences

• Manage assigned case files independently and with supervision as needed

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams on strategy and case development

• Provide high-level client service and maintain clear communication throughout the litigation process

Requirements

• 1–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, financial services, or construction litigation

• Ability to manage multiple matters with competing deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment

• Motivated, responsible, and proactive with case assignments

• Experience in both state and federal courts is preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey state and federal courts (required)

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is highly preferred

• Additional state admissions are a plus
