A law firm seeks a highly motivated Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience to join their Miami, FL office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements.
• Manage complex corporate matters with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Strong legal research and transactional analysis skills.
• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be resident, and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
