Duties

• Develop and implement efficient e-discovery strategies tailored to case needs.
• Advise trial teams and clients on data preservation, collection, review, and production.
• Collaborate with trial teams to ensure discovery aligns with case strategy.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and participate in meet-and-confer sessions.
• Draft protective orders and ESI protocols; resolve discovery disputes.
• Coordinate legal hold processes and data collection efforts.
• Manage relationships with e-discovery vendors and platforms.
• Oversee document review teams and manage production processes.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 5+ years of experience in e-discovery or litigation support.
• Understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, FRCP, and relevant case law.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms like Relativity or Everlaw.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
