A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Saint Louis, MO office.

Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with a skilled team to develop all aspects of cases for trial, ensuring excellent results for clients. They will be responsible for devising litigation strategies, conducting fact and expert discovery, and handling court-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of litigating premises liability, products liability, construction law, and other business-related litigation. Preference will be given to candidates licensed in Missouri and Illinois.

Duties:

• Work closely with clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct fact and expert discovery.
• Handle court-related matters.
• Collaborate within a team to prepare cases for trial.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong understanding of litigating premises liability, product liability, construction law, and other business-related litigation.
• Excellent academic qualifications.
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois (preferred).
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Missouri and Illinois (preferred).
