• Assist in trial preparation and proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage and extracurricular matters.
• Proven experience in writing coverage opinions and investigating insurance claims.
• Proficiency in handling written discovery and conducting depositions.
• Skilled in drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
• Experience in attending mediations and court appearances.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
