Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in first-party property pre-suit casework.
• Proven ability to manage and move cases efficiently through pre-litigation processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of property law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

• Membership with the Florida Bar (required).

Skills:

• Proficiency in managing pre-litigation cases.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of case managers.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
