Duties

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation cases, including hearings and trials

• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and reports

• Provide litigation support across a range of matters

• Maintain and build strong client relationships

• Offer legal advice and case strategy throughout case development

• Collaborate with administrative and legal staff

Requirements

• 2+ years of workers’ compensation legal experience

• Proven ability to handle client communications and case development independently

• Bench or jury trial experience preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice law in Nebraska
