The candidate will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation Including trial preparation and trial. Will try at least 3 jury trials every year. Responsible for the day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Fluency in Spanish is required.
