Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Law Attorney in Los Angeles, CA, to manage a variety of cases related to discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related matters. The candidate will handle all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial preparation.

Duties

• Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters.
• Represent clients in individual and class action cases, including PAGA claims.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategies and work toward favorable resolutions.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Maintain strong client communication and case progress updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen case strategies.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and FileVine.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
