Westborough office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trusts and estates associate attorney with experience. The candidate will assist in the administration of complex trusts and estates, including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Should preferably have strong academic credentials (JD required; LLM is a plus). A strong interest in practicing in a sophisticated Trusts & Estates Practice Group is a plus. Strong drafting, writing, listening, and communication skills desired. Attention to detail and superior time management skills are a plus. The ability to research and apply rules governing estate, gift, GST, and income taxation of trusts and estates is preferred. Should preferably have the ability to work directly with clients to establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships.
