Senior Analyst, Product Research, Product Contract Excellence

The candidate will manage multiple Commercial Liability Product form and contract initiatives. Analyze information from various resources to develop recommendations. Independently drive revisions with a focus on quality and customer centricity. Own communication of changes to impacted stakeholders. Research and answer inquiries related to coverages, forms, and contracts from the organization and provide recommendations. Monitor bureau and state activity, evaluating impacts to existing products. Collaborate with the Product Filings team on achieving approval of filings from regulatory authorities. Take a proactive role in identifying and leading process improvement initiatives. Promote cross-departmental collaboration in order to meet business goals. Innovate and collaborate with other teams to design and develop language for new products and product updates. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field is required. Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Legal Studies, or related field is preferred. Juris Doctor degree or paralegal experience is preferred. Should have 3-5 years of prior experience in Claims, Underwriting, and/or Compliance in Insurance or Financial Services industry. Prior experience with interpreting and applying insurance policy contracts is required. Should have 3+ years relevant work experience, typically 4 years.
