Job Details:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies in person or remotely.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Meet or exceed monthly billable hours requirements.
• Plan and strategize for clients by reviewing and managing case files.
• Analyze conflicts in legal matters within cases.
• Maintain organized client files in the case management system.
• Possess knowledge of Nevada statutes and regulations for assigned cases and conduct legal research.
• Communicate and coordinate with state and local entities as required, ensuring compliance with legal standards, ethics, Nevada statutes, and regulations.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain good standing as a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
• Exhibit strong analytical, critical thinking, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail are essential.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Build strong relationships with clients beyond representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
