Duties

• Meet with current and prospective clients

• Appear in court, at hearings, and trials

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
• Previous deposition and litigation experience
• Strong legal research, written, and verbal communication skills
• Competency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new legal software
• Proficiency in Texas procedural law and litigation process

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Certifications

• Bar exam completion

• Time management and independent work skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
