Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in capital markets law.

• Extensive experience running deals as a lead associate.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York Bar.
