Duties

• Assist in providing case evaluation, legal support, and guidance.
• Develop case strategy and find plausible solutions to legal matters.
• Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court appearances.
• Participate in focus groups.
• Stay informed about current legislation.
• Build trustworthy relationships with clients and experts.
• Finalize legal documents such as depositions, pleadings, and contracts.
• Draft and finalize complaints, meet and confer letters, motions to compel, and discovery responses.
• Negotiate low-level settlements and attend mediations.
• Interview, train, mentor, and assist in managing legal staff.
