Duties:

• Manage and oversee legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence to support transactional activities.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on corporate strategies and initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate successful deal closures.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
• Active Bar license in the state of Missouri (MO).
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
• Exceptional judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Missouri (MO).
