Compliance Advisory, Assistant Vice President, Hybrid

Duties: Serve as a point of contact with the business for CRD Compliance advisory matters. Under limited supervision, participate in and provide compliance input for New Business Product Reviews, Global Transition Risk Assessments and other corporate or Alpha initiatives as required. Serve as a point of contact for auditors, regulators and other external parties as needed. Establish and maintain relationships with the CRD business, other Compliance teams such as the Bank Policy & Strategy team, the Compliance Risk Monitoring Team, Compliance Methodology, Global Alpha Compliance Advisory team members, Corporate Compliance Functional Teams (AML, Privacy, Ethics), the Information Technology Second Line of Defense, and the Business Risk Managers team. Monitor applicable regulatory changes and provide effective change management to address such changes. Maintain the regulatory obligations inventory in Archer. Asist with the preparation of reporting to Compliance Senior Management and the Business Risk Committee.
