Duties

• Manage cases from initial client contact to trial under supervision.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions.
• Conduct percipient and expert depositions.
• Assist in trial preparation and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a litigation attorney.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Experience in billing is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
