Location

Duties

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution

• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areas

• Communicate with clients and provide regular status updates and legal guidance

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in defense litigation

• Experience with general liability, premises liability, product liability, transportation, employment, or insurance litigation preferred

• Proficiency in drafting discovery documents and pretrial motions

• Experience with depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia
