Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions and appellate briefs.
• Engage in discovery processes and take depositions.
• Participate in hearings and push cases toward settlement or trial.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Bar membership in Florida for Litigation Execution Team.
• Bar membership in any jurisdiction for Litigation Research Team, with preference for FL, NY, NJ, MD, MI, or CA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
