Job Location:

• Lake Worth, FL

Duties:

• Represent injured workers in workers' compensation cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services
• Develop case strategies and gather evidence to support clients' claims
• Manage a caseload and ensure timely progression of cases
• Provide excellent client service and maintain effective communication with clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of workers compensation experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar

Education:

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership is required
