Duties:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in patent application drafting and prosecution.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Admission to a state bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field is preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the USPTO.
