Mid-level IP Litigation Associate

Job Overview:
A reputable national law firm is seeking a talented and driven mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes matters with a collaborative team across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IP litigation and a strong academic background. Federal Circuit experience is a plus.

Location:

• Washington, D.C.

Duties:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Manage discovery and trial preparation

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on national litigation strategies

• Support business development efforts within the IP practice

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience with Federal Circuit litigation is preferred

• Proven ability to handle complex subject matter

• Demonstrated initiative and team orientation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

• Undergraduate and (if applicable) graduate transcripts must be submitted

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Strong communication and advocacy abilities

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capacity

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
