The law firm is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Finance Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing complex finance transactions, working closely with clients, and contributing to business development activities. Job Details:

• Participate in the management of all aspects of finance transactions, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.
• Work on sophisticated and complex finance transactions in the middle-market segment.
• Directly engage with clients and actively participate in business development activities.

Requirements:

• 4 years of law firm experience.
• Knowledge and experience with complex financing and acquisition transactions on both borrower and lender sides.
• Licensed to practice since 2019 or earlier.
• Demonstrated interest in developing and implementing relationship-building skills internally and externally.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Possess strong business acumen.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with attorneys, staff, and clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law.
