The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public company reporting compliance, governance, and handling day-to-day issues for public companies, including SEC compliance and Nasdaq/NYSE matters.

Duties

• Manage public company reporting compliance and governance.
• Address SEC compliance and disclosure matters.
• Ensure Nasdaq/NYSE compliance for public companies.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Handle IPOs, equity/debt offerings, and PIPEs.
• Engage in at-the-market offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.

Skills

• Strong understanding of SEC compliance and governance.
• Proficiency in capital markets transactions.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
