• Work with private and public companies across various industries.
• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and technology transactions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or other transactional work.
• Familiarity with technology industries and regulatory policy is desirable.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• CIPP certification is a plus.
