The candidate will review and draft trust documents, letters, probate documents and communicate with clients. Collection and valuation of assets, termination of estates and funding of trusts. Proofread and correct drafts for grammar, punctuation, and spelling to produce error-free work, process and track legal work, record and monitor deadlines, collect and retrieve information from files as needed, create, format, revise and edit legal documents such as wills, deeds, trusts, POAs, and HIPAA, prepare and edit correspondence, letters, memos, and spreadsheets, review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and file and scan documents into our document management system. Experience of 2+ years working in estate planning and administration is required. Advanced MS Office experience. Excellent written/verbal communication, and efficient time management and organizational skills are required. Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines is desired. Should be organized, pays attention to details, has the ability to follow through and to keep projects moving forward, and produces consistently high-quality results and work product.
