Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Illinois and in good standing.
• 6-8 years of substantive experience in a reputable law firm, focusing on finance law.
• Proven track record of handling complex finance transactions and providing strategic legal advice.

Education:
