Represent clients in family law litigation and mediation (divorce, custody, support, alimony, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements)
Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and trial documents
Manage high-conflict matters involving domestic violence, abuse, and contested custody
Attend court proceedings and advocate for clients during hearings and trials
Guide clients through the legal process with empathy and strategic insight
Collaborate with internal team members to develop legal strategies and ensure timely case management
Maintain and organize case files for accuracy and accessibility
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in family law, including litigation and settlement negotiation
Proven ability to manage emotionally charged, high-stakes cases
Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
Strong communication, advocacy, and client counseling skills
Familiarity with real estate matters connected to family law cases is preferred
Experience with legal tech platforms such as Clio, Lawmatics, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association
Affiliation with the American Bar Association (ABA) preferred
