Duties

• Support capital markets transactions, including public and private securities offerings.
• Assist with SEC reporting and disclosure obligations for public company clients.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and day-to-day corporate matters.
• Contribute to a range of corporate transactions as part of a deal team.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to deliver practical legal solutions.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with securities offerings, capital markets transactions, or public company representation preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Texas or eligibility for admission.
