The candidate’s work includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in sophisticated debt finance transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, mezzanine, high-yield debt, and debtor-in-possession transactions. Also, support general corporate and M&A practices. Should be a 2nd- 4th-year associate. Must have experience specializing in debt finance and capital markets, including drafting (e.g. security and collateral documents, credit agreements) and closing exposure. Additional experience with out-of-court workouts and restructurings is a plus. Must have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience preferred.
