Electrical / Computer Engineering Patent Prosecution Senior Attorney

The candidate will work primarily on patent prosecution, with the opportunity to work on patent litigation matters. Excellent academic credentials and a technical background in electrical engineering or computer engineering/science are required. Must have 8+ years of patent prosecution experience in the electrical or software technologies areas. Knowledge and/or experience with bioinformatics is a plus. Membership in both the Georgia/Pennsylvania and Patent Bars are preferred.
