Duties

• Collaborate closely with attorneys and partners on insurance coverage cases

• Draft detailed coverage opinion and position letters

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and manage discovery processes

• Advise clients on a wide variety of insurance coverage issues

• Communicate directly with clients and prepare comprehensive client reports

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in the State of Texas

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage

• Strong background in preparing coverage opinions

• Experience handling both third-party and first-party claims (preferred)

• Proven coverage analysis and legal writing experience

• Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas
