Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in automobile defense litigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling automobile cases from inception through trial, possessing a strong track record in this area of law.

Duties:

• Represent clients in automobile defense litigation cases.
• Manage all aspects of cases from initial client consultation through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile defense litigation.
• Demonstrated experience handling automobile cases from inception through trial.
• Participation in at least 10 jury trials is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.

Skills:
