Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in immigration removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals.
• Proven courtroom or hearing experience in immigration court (EOIR), before Immigration Judges (IJ), the BIA, or federal court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Commitment to serving immigrant communities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within the firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
