Seattle office of our client seeks a products liability attorney with experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to take advantage of a well-developed national platform to expand the existing client base. Must be admitted to practice law in the Washington and license must be active and in good standing. Experience defending the interests of manufacturers for claims relating to design, warnings, mismanufacture, and warranty claims desired. Experience evaluating case exposure and advising on federal regulatory compliance, instruction manuals, technical training, warning labels, and other measures to minimize future liability threats is preferred. Should preferably have experience with litigation involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death, economic loss, and defect claims. Must have a substantial and self-sufficient book of portable business (ideally $400000+) as well as a demonstrated drive and the potential for additional business generation.
